Bullying: where to go for help: signposting
Young people should never have to deal with bullying alone. Words are powerful when you speak out too. It’s important to talk about what you have seen or been through with trusted adults, friends, or health professionals.
At school, report any bullying you see to a member of staff – your form tutor, Head of Year, the pastoral assistant who works with your year group, or another trusted teacher.
